For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ESFI is the data controller for personal data processed through this website.

This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics platforms, or advertising technologies.

We collect only the data you provide voluntarily when contacting us — specifically, your name, email address, and the content of your message. This data is used exclusively to respond to your enquiry and is not shared with third parties.

Our servers automatically record standard access logs for every request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the browser's user-agent, and the HTTP status code. These logs are used only to keep this website secure and available — to detect abuse, diagnose errors and investigate incidents.

Server logs are kept for up to 14 days and then deleted automatically. They are not used for profiling, analytics or advertising, and are not shared with third parties. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Contact data is retained for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter, not exceeding 24 months.
